Attached, please find the order form for the 2024 Spiritwear offerings. You have 3 choices for ordering/payment. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PLACED IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED!!
1. Print out your order form. Fill it out and drop it off at the YMCA along with cash or a check (payable to cash). There is a Sharks mailbox located at the front desk for your convenience.

3. If you do not have access to a printer, reply to this email with your order. DO NOT FORGET SIZES AND QUANTITIES!!!
