Hello, Sharks Families!

To all of our newly registered families... WELCOME!  Every previous email that has been sent out (and oodles of other important information) can be found on the AMAZING Sharks WEBSITE.  Just look in the About section and click on News.

Our parents meetings today were great.  Apologies to the 9-10 group.  The 8U meeting ran over and I got held up collecting workbond checks, answering questions and handing out t-shirts.  We will hold another round of informative parents meetings on Wednesday and I promise that the 9-10 group will be a focal point!

Tomorrow, Sport Spot will have a table set up during practices.  Please come by and pick up some much needed essentials!  Good goggles are a must!  Bungee in place of elastic on goggles is an excellent idea.  An extra cap, just in case, is always good.  Fins can be super helpful to our swimmers and are highly recommended.  Towel pants are just plain fun!!  Plus... OUR TEAM SUIT!!

Safety issues... the pool club is closed for the next 2 weeks.  That means that aside from practice in the pool during your assigned practice time, the rest of the outdoor facility is closed.  I know the froggy pool looks like a good time, but please keep all swimmers and siblings out :-)

A few reminders...

**Don't forget to bring your $50 workbond check made payable to Y Greater Monmouth Swim Team.

** If you registered before May 20th, don't forget to pick up your Free team Tshirt (later registrants, your tshirt is coming soon!).  

**GMNY parents... if your kiddo is practicing in Freehold this week, feel free to drop by, grab your shirt and cap, and check out Sport Spot.  You know you don't really want to sit in the car :-)

**All spiritwear orders are due tommorow.  I have the order form attached to this email.  There are also extra forms at the Freehold Y front desk.  I will have some extra forms with me tommorow as well.  Cash, check made out to cash or Venmo are all good payment options!

**If you reserved a $15 silicone cap, they will be available at practice.  You can write a check payable to Y Greater Monmouth Swim Team, send a Venmo payment or cash works, too!
