URGENT!!
Hello, Sharks Families!
Well... the league took the decision out of our hands and postponed our meet tomorrow morning. This MAY work out better for you all, though!
We will be having a VIRTUAL meet against Candlewood on MONDAY, July 15th at the FREEHOLD YMCA OUTDOOR POOL CLUB. That's right! We will swim this meet at home with just ourselves. Candlewood will hold their half of the meet at THEIR club with just themselves. All of the times will still go in together and there will still be a winning team :-) Please arrive at the Freehold Y no later than 4:45PM. Warmups will begin at 5:00PM and the meet shortly thereafter.
THIS IS THE URGENT PART!! Your availability MAY have changed so PLEASE go back in and redeclare your swimmer ASAP. If you previously couldn't not attend and now you can WE WANT YOUR SWIMMER TO SWIM!! There will also be a change in the jobs needed. We will need MORE TIMERS and also a RIBBONS person, HOSPITALITY and a RUNNER. If you could go back in and signup for a job (or be sure you are still available to volunteer) it would be greatly appreciated. This WILL COUNT towards your 2 required points.
ALSO!! If your swimmer is missing a time for an event please respond to this email and let us know which event he/she would like to swim and we will add to the virtual meet.
