Good morning, Sharks Families!

We are just 1 week away from our first Sharks practice of the season and we have a some important reminders...

1.  There will be MANDATORY parent meetings at each practice session on Monday, June 9th.  If you cannot make the Monday meeting, we will hold a 2nd meeting on Tuesday, June 10th.  Please plan to attend one of these meetings.  ALL of your questions will be answered.. promise!!  Workbond checks will be due at the meeting.  $50 made payable to Cash.

2.  If you have not done so, please be sure to set up your password for your Swimtopia account. Just use the Forgot Password option at OUR WEBSITE and you will receive an email directing you to reset your password :-)

3.  After signing up for a free account, please check your calendars against our SIGNUP CALENDAR (in the MEETS & EVENTS tab). After logging in to your account, please declare your swimmer ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING each of the swim meets. You can, also, sign up for a job at this time. Our meets CANNOT RUN without our parent volunteers!! Don't worry if you've never worked a swim meet. It is a fun and exciting opportunity to get as close to the pool as possible!!  ALL are welcome to signup!  You must work 2 volunteer assignments in order to get your workbond check returned to you.

4.  ***Be sure to register for the REMIND app! Just text @fhsharks25 to the number 81010.  We use Remind for last minute important reminders and alerts... like when practice is canceled (OR CUT SHORT) due to weather!***

5.  Our 1st Batch of Team Shirts Have Arrived!

This is DIFFERENT from Spiritwear! This is the FREE t-shirt that your swimmer receives as part of his/her registration. If you were part of the early registration group, your team shirt is all set! PLEASE be sure to mark your shirt with your swimmer's name! I HIGHLY recommend a black sharpie on the inside bottom hem!!  Swimmers who registered after April 27th... your shirts will be coming in a second batch :-)

6.  ALL SPIRITWEAR ORDERS WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN JUNE 10th!!  If we want to get our orders back by the 1st meet, the team order needs to be placed ASAP.  Even then, they always rush for us (Campus Coordinates is AMAZING).  Please see the attached order form for options :-)
