Hello, Sharks Families!

I cannot stress this enough...  if you do not declare for championships and choose your events YOUR SWIMMER WILL NOT SWIM AT CHAMPIONSHIPS!  Please declare attending or not attending and select events.  You can choose up to 3 individual events.  Please indicate whether or not you would like your swimmer to participate in a relay.  In the coach notes whether you would like 1 or 2 relays (8u only get 1 relay).  See attached photos (or email) if you need assistance.

We will collect entry monies this week.
