Good morning, Sharks Families!

We pulled out a great win last night.  Our Sharks swam their hearts out and many personal bests were achieved.  That means check mailboxes for ribbons after practices tonight!  

We saw so many instances of team spirit and good sportsmanship, however... we were made aware of some unsportsmanlike conduct on the part of one of our boys relay teams.  To say we were disappointed is an understatement.  We stress the importance of sportsmanship both in and out of the pool.  It is the very heart of what our team is and why we are more than a team... we are a FAMILY.  The coaches will be speaking with the swimmers at practice this evening.  Please take a moment to speak with your swimmer about the importance of ALWAYS being positive, encouraging and kind <3

UPDATED CHAMPIONSHIPS FEE INFO

Attached are the updated event fee files for all Sharks entered into the Championship Meets.  Coach Tommy worked very hard to try and get all Sharks who requested relays into relays. Please find your swimmer(s) name(s) and check the NEW fee total. The meet fees must be paid BEFORE your swimmer's championship as I must bring a check covering our entire entry to the meet! Please bring cash, check made payable to cash to practice tonight. As always, you can also Venmo @nmidura.

CHAMPIONSHIPS INFO

As mentioned above, please check the NEW total entry fee for your swimmer and submit monies ASAP. We have a special "SPOT" in which our team will sit during championships. The map below shows where each team will be located, as well as where to find The Sport Spot booth and Championship T-Shirt Sales table. The areas with big red x over them are OFF LIMITS. The entire pool deck is off-limits unless you are volunteering. We have MANY volunteer spots available for Saturday. If you want a good view of the action, SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER!!

RAPTOR REMINDER FOR SATURDAY: We need to pre-register for the SATURDAY meet only! Each person 18 and older coming to the Championships session on Saturday needs to register for a separate "ticket". The name on the ticket MUST match the name on the Photo ID shown at the door. It only takes a minute to register. The Raptor link will close at 3PM on Friday. Anyone who is a Y member does not need to pre-register. They will be able to scan in at the desk. I'm also attaching pic collage of Raptor instructions. Written step-by-step directions go like this:
