Hello, Sharks Families.

Can you believe that we are entering into our final week of practices??  Time flies when you are having fun and we sure have been HAVING FUN!!

Here is the schedule for the SEASON:

• MONDAY- Practice
• TUESDAY- Practice
• WEDNESDAY- 11 & OVER CHAMPIONSHIPS (NO PRACTICE FOR 10 and UNDERS)
• THURSDAY- Practice
• FRIDAY- FUN FRIDAY PRACTICE
• SATURDAY- 10 & UNDERS CHAMPIONSHIPS
• TUESDAY (7/28)- PIZZA PARTY 6-8PM at the Freehold YMCA Outdoor Pool Club
• SATURDAY (8/1)- League-a-Palooza Tri-Meet at the Old Bridge YMCA 

CHAMPIONSHIPS

At this point, if you have not declared for championships your swimmer will not be entered into the meet. There is a $5 entry fee to participate and then each event and relay is $5. Please see the attached file to find your swimmer's total meet fees.  ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID BY CASH, CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO CASH OR VENMO. If paying by Venmo, please note that the payment is for CHAMPIONSHIPS!  ALL PAYMENTS DUE BY TOMORROW (TUESDAY) AT PRACTICE!!

Arrival time for 11 & Overs is 3:30 PM at the Hazlet Swim Club 

Arrival time for the 10 & Unders Championships is 6:00AM at the Monmouth Heights Freehold Swim Club

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!!!  YOU NEED POINTS!!!  PLEASE SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER AT YOUR SWIMMER'S CHAMPIONSHIP MEET

Coaches' Gift

PLEASE do not forget about our amazing coaches! We have 18 coaches total who show your swimmers so much kindness and care. Please consider contributing to show them how very much we appreciate them. My family has been a Sharks family for nearly 15 years and this truly is an exceptional group of coaches. One of my favorites! Cash, check made out to cash or Venmo whatever amount you are comfortable contributing :-)

PIZZA PARTY!

Our annual end of the year team party will take place on Tuesday, July 28th from 6-8PM at the Freehold YMCA Outdoor Pool. We will have the whole swim club to ourselves to celebrate one last time as a family. All awards won at Championships will be distributed at this event. There is a declaration open so that we know how much pizza to order :-)

SUMMER LEAGUE A PALOOZA TRI-MEET

Please declare your swimmer for the Summer League a Palooza swim meet!! This will be a fun Y of the Jersey Shore summer league teams meet and will be held on Saturday, August 1st. If your swimmer is interested in year-round club swimming, this would be a good meet to attend. This meet will take place at the Old Bridge YMCA, located at 1 Marino Park Drive in Old Bridge. It will be an indoor meet with (optional) block starts. Warmups will begin around 8:30AM. More details will follow!
